Hexagon cut three stone engagement rings FAQs

The best way to find the wedding band that pairs perfectly with your Three Stone ring is to book an appointment with our diamond experts who can guide you through the styles that will fit most comfortably with this engagement ring setting. They advise starting with a Round or Flat band, a petite Eternity band, or the Infinity bands.

Looking down at a Three Stone ring, the diamonds will appear quite large. Depending on carat weight, the diamonds will cover most of the top of your finger and you’ll see less of the band. From the side, the diamonds will look slightly elevated, but not nearly as much as a Cathedral setting. You will likely not be able to see the contoured cusps and a signature low-set sling that hold your diamonds in place.

A Three Stone engagement ring can sometimes be referred to as a Trio or Trinity ring. But most often, a Trinity ring refers to three platinum or solid gold bands interlocked with one another, not a ring featuring three diamonds.
