I only give 4 instead of 5 so this might be seen. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Y'all were prompt, professional, and the ring speaks for itself. The only thing that bothered me was that you were too professional. Hear me out: my goal was to make everything as much a surprise as possible. I coordinated everything with you to ensure the ring arrived while she was at work, and it went off without a hitch. However, she still knew I was proposing soon. It turns out that while we were texting some friends she saw the text confirmation from Vrai and Oro that my order had shipped. Seeing as how she found the design on your site, she knew it was only a matter of time. My only suggestion is to make the text updates optional. Other than that, a fantastic job. Thanks so much!
