LIFETIME WARRANTY: DIAMONDS
We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all VRAI created diamonds. We stand behind our diamonds and their grades through the following full legal warranty.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- VRAI created diamonds with their original proof of purchase that do not meet or exceed the 4C grades in their certificate.
- VRAI created diamonds in possession of the original purchaser, as this Warranty is not transferable.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- VRAI created diamonds that are damaged after delivery due to normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, as well as consequential or incidental damages provided or allowed by an insurance coverage.
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY
- Allow VRAI to examine the original copy of your certificate, try and resolve your claim amicably, and inspect the jewelry and any gemological evaluation on which you base your claim.
- Remove the diamond from the jewelry for examination, as diamonds must be graded as loose stones by an internationally recognized diamond grading laboratory. Since the diamond grading process is a subjective science, your claim is only warranted if the internationally recognized diamond grading laboratory grades your diamond at least two grades lower in color and/or clarity.
- VRAI may accept the returned diamond and refund you in full.
- VRAI may replace the diamond with one that meets or exceeds each of the characteristics warranted.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights; it does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.
THE EXAMINATION PROCESS
- The condition of the diamond will be determined by examination under no greater than 10x magnification and by standard gemological techniques.
- The accuracy of angles and linear measurements will be determined by the following tolerances: ±0.2º and ±0.02 millimeters.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: ENGAGEMENT RINGS
AND WEDDING BANDS
VRAI believes your ring should last as long as your love — which is why we guarantee your engagement ring and wedding band to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your ring has a defect, you may send it back to us at any time for an inspection. As each ring is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, slight variations are to be expected and are not viewed as a defect.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Rings in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not transferable.
- Rings and diamonds that have not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
- Rings that have been stored and handled correctly.
- Rings purchased through VRAI.com or a VRAI Showroom.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- A center stone replacement.
- Rings that have been altered or serviced by a third party or outside jeweler. (Note: For rings purchased outside of the United States and Canada who need a third-party jeweler to service your ring, please contact us prior to working with a jeweler to initiate this process).
- Rings damaged by wear and tear, warped rings, rings discolored due to contact with harsh chemicals, lost rings, as well as rings damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.
HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY
United States
- Email help@vrai.com with your order information, photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find that the damage is not repairable, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation.
- Pay a $50 USD deposit for shipping your item back to VRAI for evaluation.The deposit covers the cost of shipping and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs.
- If the damage is deemed a manufacturing defect, VRAI will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item when deemed appropriate without charge. Replacements are considered a one-time courtesy.
- If damage is not deemed a manufacturing defect, VRAI will send you a repair fee quote for approval before any work is performed. If you approve, your $50 USD deposit will be applied to the repair. If you choose not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover shipping the item back to you after evaluation.

VRAI stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on fine jewelry purchases.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Fine jewelry purchases that have a manufacturing defect bought on VRAI.com or at a VRAI Showroom.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Complimentary gifts, such as gifts with purchase. These cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen.
- Fine jewelry that has been altered or serviced by a third party or outside jeweler.
- Fine jewelry damaged by wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost products, or jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.
- VRAI jewelry purchased through a third party.

INSURE YOUR JEWELRY
VRAI recommends insuring your fine jewelry purchases. If your jewelry gets lost, stolen, damaged or mysteriously disappears, your insurance policy has you covered. We're happy to provide appraisals for any design that features a 1/4ct or larger diamond. Please email help@vrai.com to initiate this request.
